Boundaries
Boundaries in the Arctic are a challenging issue to address and remain crucial to the many efforts to study and assess the changes taking place throughout the circumpolar north. A common understanding of the extent and coverage of areas, species, ecosyste,s etc which are being considered is essential to contribute to a common agreement and understanding of what is taking place.

Datasets included here are those areas defined by Arctic Council working groups as their areas of operation and those boundaries developed through the various scientific processes underway within the Arctic Council.
