Human Dimension
The Arctic has a population of over million people and the changes talking place have implications both negative and positive for the Arctics inhabitants. Information to contribute towards addressing the challenges presented by these changes is crucial to allow effective responses and adaptation measures to insure the safegaurding of the traditional livelihoods and food safety and security of Arctic indigenous peoples and other Arctic residents and communities.
